Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Bedworth Airport Express. By booking a taxi and utilizing our services, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

1. Definitions

Bedworth Airport Express, referred to as “we” or “us,” denotes the service-providing company. The terms “you” and “your” encompass any individual, business, or company engaging in a booking with us.

2. Booking

2.1 Adequate time allocation for the journey, especially for airport transfers requiring timely check-ins, is your responsibility. We disclaim any responsibility for delays resulting from your failure to allocate sufficient time or readiness for collection at the designated time.

2.2 The choice of a suitably sized car for passengers and luggage is your responsibility. We do not guarantee the transportation of excessive luggage. Notably, a child, irrespective of age, counts as a single passenger.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be made at the time of booking.

3. Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you, exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Material changes to the itinerary may warrant a modification to the provided quote.

3.2 A 45-minute waiting period and airport parking costs are included in our quotes. Exceeding this waiting period incurs charges at our standard waiting rate.

3.3 Upon quote acceptance, you’ll receive a booking confirmation. Verify its accuracy promptly, as we are not liable for delays or costs resulting from unreported mistakes.

3.4 Payment options include cash, credit card, or debit card.

4. The Service

4.1 Passengers’ conduct during the journey is your responsibility. Soiling, damaging, or negatively impacting the vehicle may result in a charge for cleaning costs.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is strictly prohibited in the car.

4.3 Child passengers must be appropriately restrained based on height, weight, and age.

4.4 We adhere to passenger limits specified by licensing or insurance.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Timely cancellation is essential. Post-dispatch cancellations incur charges based on the driver’s covered time and distance.

5.2 Online booking cancellations before dispatch may result in charges against the original payment.

6. Liability

6.1 While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. No circumstances warrant liability for losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 Vehicle breakdowns prompt efforts to provide an alternative quickly.

6.4 You won’t indemnify us for expenses, damages, costs, or losses from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 Liability exclusions are not applicable for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful default, or unenforceable matters by applicable laws.

7. Termination

7.1 Immediate termination or refusal of a booking may occur if a vehicle or driver is endangered due to abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds apply for terminated hires.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 We may subcontract obligations. You can’t transfer your obligations or rights under this agreement.

8.2 Terms and conditions may change, and it’s your responsibility to stay updated. Existing bookings adhere to rates applicable at booking.

8.3 We handle information per the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Bedworth Airport Express and yourself.

8.5 No third party can enforce rights under this agreement unless a written agreement is in place.

9. Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes beyond this timeframe won’t be entertained by Bedworth Airport Express.
